Within our so called special production technology  we produce  customer specific parts with special production technology as well as  components being produced with combined technologies.

Products with specific customer requirements include for example precision sleeves and bushing, fine blanked parts, drawn and deep drawn parts, metal battery components and filter elements.

The wide range of our technology competence  offers the possibility of combining  various production technologies for producing  special and demanding components  in a very competitive way.  If required, production technologies in other than the core competencies of INOVAN, like rotary swaging, laser welding or turning can be added. Our special production technology compete with the classical technologies  like turning or fine blanking.

Our broad portfolio contains the following variations:

Precision bushings & sleeves

Precise rotationally symmetrical sleeves and bushings are being produced on Bruderer high-performance stamping machines, Bihler machines or other devices. The sleeves and bushings can be deburred, high-level cleaned, 100% camera inspected, packed and labeled if required. To reach a complete production and assembling for your products, we additionally offer additional services like surface treatments according customers specification, laser welding and with other parts and metal-plastic assembling.

Our competent personnel and best manufacturing  equipment guarantee high precision and quality. Our customers profit from cost-effective alternatives due to lower material consumption and lower cycle times.

Fine blanked parts

Our production lines use precise Bruderer high speed power presses. We produce bulk goods as well as products on carrier strip.
Complementary equipment allows additional processes in tooling or in line like deburring and cleaning to high cleanliness levels. High sensitive camera measuring systems ensure 100 %monitoring along the whole processing line inclusive packaging and labelling.

Our competent staff together with up to date production machines are conditions for high precision and quality. Cost reducing production methods in series- and high volume series, especially caused by progressive multi line tools, are benefits for our customer.

Our products are used as sealings for ultra high pressures. Current applications are automotive injection- and exhaust systems.

Deep Drawn Parts

Our products are deep drawn on progressive tools and are the cost reducing choice compared to conventional deep drawing. For this  processing INOVAN ensures highest quality level for part up to 10mm height. Our lines use  precise  Bruderer high speed power presses, which allow precise drawing, deep-drawing and reverse-drawing. We produce bulk goods as well as  products on carrier strip. Complementary equipment allows additional processes in tooling or in line like laser welding or resistance welding. High sensitive camera measuring systems ensure 100 % monitoring along the whole processing line inclusive packaging and labelling.

Our competent personnel and best manufacturing  equipment guarantee high precision and quality in series- and  high volume series.

Deep-drawn parts are used in various battery parts /battery assemblies.

Battery Parts

On our automated production lines we produce all types of battery parts and pins which are  not limited in shape and material. We produce them as deep-drawing parts on highly precise Bruderer-automatic power press.

Our battery parts are used for battery production of leading battery manufacturers.

Our product range contains the whole range of stamped or wire made battery components like battery caps, minus collector, link connectors and also pressfits.

Laser Welded Parts

Our laser welded parts are produced on fully automated machines with pulsed laser and constant laser. All weldable metal materials, hardly weldable steel alloys, copper-, aluminium- and further alloys according customers needs are possible for production.

Our customers profit from consistent material strength and a very limited heat zone. High precision, quality and cost efficiency in series and high volume series can be achieved.

In a wide range of very different applications our laser welded parts are used as (injector) nozzles, sensing stylus, pivot head, pins, electromagnetic valves, tappets and valve needles.

Cleanliness Particle size < 100 ... 150 µm

Rotation Symmetric Parts

Rotation symmetric parts made from discrete rods lead to high material consumption. With a smart combination of different manufacturing methods in chained processes we reduce material consumption to a minimum, which is efficient especially for high grade / high cost materials. Bushings are produced by stamping sheet metal parts, rolling them to bushings, welding the bushing gap and turning them to their precise finish and geometry.

The low material consumption of our manufacturing solutions is profitable especially for high-grade / high-cost materials like nickel based alloys and others.

Rotation symmetric parts are used in every branch and industry.

Filtering Elements

A Filter Bushing is a rolled bushing with a welded-in filter element, the gap and front side can be closed. Another design is a Filter-Disc, the filter element is enclosed by two stamped and welded precision rings.

Filter-Bushings or Filter-Discs are used for filtering gas or fluids. The Size of filtered particles  > 60 µm, the flow-rate is adaptable by size of filter element and the shape is adaptable in wide ranges.

Typical applications for these filter elements in automotive industries are injectors, hydraulic- and brake systems. Further usage is in medicine and laboratory applications.
