Electrical Connector Conference 2021

The Electrical Connector Conference will take place on September 8th and 9th in the Vogel Convention Center Würzburg. As in the years before Corona, we will be there with a booth to present our solutions for electrical connector technology. The special feature this year: There will also be a digital booth. The Hybrid Event will take place both online and offline. Participants can also discover the diverse exhibitors from the comfort of their homes and get in touch using the chat function.

In the past, the congress has proven to be a central meeting point where people looking for solutions and solution providers for issues relating to the use and design of modern connectors can find each other. We look forward to welcoming many familiar and new faces on site or in the chat and we cordially invite you.

Robert Wittmann new Head of Inovan

Stolberg/Birkenfeld, 12. September 2022. Prym appoints Robert Wittmann as new Head of Inovan as of October 1, 2022. At the same time, he will become a member of the Management Board of the Prym Group. He joins Inovan from Nanogate SE, where he served as Chief Operations Officer.

Inovan is one of four independent divisions of the Prym Group and employs around 800 people at locations in Germany, China and the Czech Republic. Headquartered in Birkenfeld, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the company develops and produces complex electromechanical components, contact materials and mechanical fasteners for the automotive, electrical as well as the ITC industries.

"Inovan has an exceptional in-depth engineering know-how and decades of experience in development and production," says Robert Wittmann. "I look forward to leveraging this wealth of knowledge with Invovan's strong international team to enter new markets and industries."

Robert Wittmann began his career at BMW AG after studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. During his career, he held various senior management positions in international companies, both family-owned and stock-listed. Among other positions, he was Senior Vice President at automotive supplier Leoni AG, CEO Automotive at Gebr. Bode GmbH and CEO of Georg Fritzmeier Group. Robert worked for many years in different locations like Japan, China, USA, North Africa and Europe. He is currently living in Würzburg/Germany for 10 years.

PCIM Europe 2022

PCIM Europe will be held at the Nuremberg exhibition center from May 10 to 12.

We will be there with a booth to present ourselves, our technologies and products. The focus of this trade show will be on our stamping and bending technologies. From spring and pin contacts, leadframes and snap domes to connectors and cell connectors, we offer a range of individual product solutions for power electronics applications. At this year's PCIM, we're happy to talk about joint projects now and in the near future.
