Stolberg/Birkenfeld, 12. September 2022. Prym appoints Robert Wittmann as new Head of Inovan as of October 1, 2022. At the same time, he will become a member of the Management Board of the Prym Group. He joins Inovan from Nanogate SE, where he served as Chief Operations Officer.
Inovan is one of four independent divisions of the Prym Group and employs around 800 people at locations in Germany, China and the Czech Republic. Headquartered in Birkenfeld, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the company develops and produces complex electromechanical components, contact materials and mechanical fasteners for the automotive, electrical as well as the ITC industries.

Robert Wittmann began his career at BMW AG after studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. During his career, he held various senior management positions in international companies, both family-owned and stock-listed. Among other positions, he was Senior Vice President at automotive supplier Leoni AG, CEO Automotive at Gebr. Bode GmbH and CEO of Georg Fritzmeier Group. Robert worked for many years in different locations like Japan, China, USA, North Africa and Europe. He is currently living in Würzburg/Germany for 10 years.
