Head of Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the set-up and further development of the Supply Chain (SC) organisation.
• Functional and partial (as we work in a matrix, the SCM team members in the global locations are disciplinary in the locations!) disciplinary management of the SC functions
• Definition of the target picture of the internal SC organisation, as well as any necessary restructuring and corresponding establishment of a new team
• Review and adapt the SC governance structure, decision-making and performance management structure
• Responsible for the conception and implementation of an SC KPI monitoring system, including operational control (e.g. through reporting with all SC functions)
• Responsible for SC core projects (including concept and implementation of a new End2End planning process incl. the appropriate system infrastructure)
• Development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives with involved SC functions and adjacent areas
• Assuming process responsibility for important SC processes
• Independently make key SC decisions under pressure from various stakeholders and prepare decision papers for top management
• Reports to the Head of Inovan Division

Voraussetzungen

• University degree (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) ideally in (industrial) engineering or alternatively in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of specialist professional experience in operations, production planning, logistics and/or Lean Manufacturing, preferably as Manager in industrial manufacturing
• Experience in automotive (supply) industry is required
• Ideally experience in integrated supply chain planning with systems and process knowledge, covering S&OP, production & material planning, production control and deep knowledge in SAP systems
• Achiever mentality and entrepreneurial mindset: you are result oriented get things done
• Enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility, but still a team player
• Experience in working for international companies and willingness to travel
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German
